The program
Put the house on a calendar.
HVAC maintenance plus the Whole Home program: heat, cool, plumbing, electrical. The reviews that mention “priority” and “annual plan” are talking about this.
Spring
Cooling inspection before the first hot week. Condenser, coils, refrigerant check — so July is not when you find out the AC died in April.
Fall
Heat before the first freeze. Heat exchanger, burners, flue. January is a terrible first look at a furnace.
The bill
Clean systems use less gas and power. 15–20 years is typical if someone actually services it. Skip the visits and you buy a replacement earlier.
Night
Members move up when it breaks. Emergency calls do not add overtime fees. The office lists a reduced diagnostic fee on the program — ask when you join.
